As a result we have added additional safety measures to our operations in light of the 2020 Pandemic/ Covid-19.

All staff is required to perform personal health safety checks prior to coming to work (on or offsite)
- We encourage all staff to stay home if not feeling well
Staff is forbidden from working/ entering a workplace if they are experiencing any symptoms, such as:
Fever, Chills, Cough, Fatigue, Loss of Smell or Taste,
Headache, Body Aches, Difficulty Breathing,
Nausea or Vomiting, Loss of Appetite, Diarrhea.
All staff is required to practice social distancing (2m)
- To ensure distancing can be followed limited capacities in small areas,
such as (1) person at a time in washrooms, storage areas etc. as posted
Where social distancing is not possible and limited occupancy can not be followed, masks wearing is required
- When on off-site job locations we will adhere to the requirements of the facility and take precaution as necessary
- Visitors to our site are limited and only when essential, visitors are asked to where masks when entering our facility
Proper hand hygiene information posted
- Reminders on proper hand hygiene procedures posted, as well as hand sanitizer provided
Cleaning Protocols
- Increased cleaning/ disinfecting protocols have been put in place, which includes increased cleaning frequency of high touch surfaces with
disinfecting cleaning products.
Contact/ Positive for Covid-19
- Staff who have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 are required to
self isolate and contact Fraser Health for further directions
- Staff who has had potential exposure, should monitor for symptoms and contact Fraser Health for further directions
- Staff who has tested positive for Covid-19 is required to quarantine and follow the directions of Fraser Health, and may only return to work when they have been advised by a medical professional that it is safe to do so.

- In the unlikely event that a workplace exposure takes place, all staff (and any visitors if applicable) will be
contacted and informed of the exposure, a deep clean will be done of the shop/ offices and staff will only return to the workplace when directed that it is safe to do so.
